I found MyDressBox to be incredibly efficient and well priced. My dress was heavily soiled with red wine and mud all around the bottom. Was returned to me in the appropritate time that was estimated and was in immaculate condition. I loved the box that it came back in too- a nice touch and sentimental. All communication via email was professional and friendly. Such a great service

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I recently sent them my future daughter-in-law's mother's 25 year old wedding dress to be cleaned. As you can imagine it was quite yellow. Initially I was told it would be a 5 week turnaround. But when I sent it off (after having alterations done to it) I received an email saying it would be a 12 week turnaround!! I panicked, as the wedding is on the 9th September. I let the team know that I needed it back asap. And without any hesitation, they found the dress and had it clean, packed and posted back in a beautiful box....it looks as beautiful & bright white as the day it was purchased.
